I think the one thing I can mention is that it's hard to read the text with the background you've made. The bold is okay to read, but the un-bolded isn't. Same about the title, really. I think if the title at the top was a little bigger and in a more bold colour, it would help, as well as making the main background/body a little more white/faded, it would help with the read-ability of the main body of the journal. It's really cute though, I love the style and the effort put into it, and I will definitely be installing this
You just design however you wish you wish the banner to look like (I prefer mine long and horizontal). And when you upload them to an image hosting site i.e. Photobucket, you copy the direct url of the image and paste it in place of "IMAGE URL" in the code here: [link]
And then you paste the code (don't forget to add the "< / div >" tag-w/o spaces- at the end of the code) into the "Skin footer" section of the "Edit skin" window.
Aww, thank you so much! It's pretty much just tweaking around with the journal skin CSS and adding your own designs to it! It's much simpler than I thought it would be. But here is a tutorial on how you can create a simple one: [link] It has three parts to it, but the third one hasn't been posted yet. But it will get you on a good jump start!
